Are installer told us that they is a update coming out to fix this. Do you know when that is coming out ? and is what they told us the truth ?

Q: Hi, I've recently installed a in-ground pool. I'm trying to gain a better understanding of its workings. My question pertains to the salt/chlorination process. How do I know, or at what level should I see, that tells me that the pool has the proper salt/chlorination levels. I have the Hayward Omni-Logic App. It has a "Chlorinator" reading. Mine currently shows 2854 PPM Chlorinating. What is the proper range? What do I do if it falls outside the range?

A:
2854PPM is your salt level in the pool. Ideally it should be between 2700 - 3400 PPM.
