Q: we had someone install our new Hayward Skimmer SP1091E. How do you get the top the skimmer to take out/put in the basket. It doesn't move or turn.

Q: Reading installation instructions and then reading through the Q&A responses from Hayward here differ. So is the pool liner opening cut and then the wall saver gasket goes over the inside wall + liner, or is the gasket installed into the opening and liner is sandwiched between the faceplate and gasket? So faceplate, gasket, liner or faceplate, liner, gasket?
